Any deviations from this arrangement should only be made in consultation with the landlord.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

The reservation becomes final when the deposit of 20% of the rental price has been received in our account.

The remaining payment must be made upon arrival.

In case of cancellation for valid reasons, the remaining amount will not be charged, but the deposit will not be refunded.
